2. Software license and protection of our data

3. Availability

The user has no claim to a permanent and uninterrupted availability of the online functions of the app. However, the provider strives to ensure the highest possible availability and to rectify any faults as quickly as possible.

4. Costs

Downloading the App Photo Finish is free of charge. There is a charge for using the Photo Finish Pro version. You can either pay a one-time fee or take out a subscription with monthly recurring payments through the Google Play Store. The first 14 days of this subscription are free. If you cancel your Google Play Store subscription within this period, you will not be charged. Otherwise, the subscription will automatically renew and can be cancelled on a monthly basis. The license purchased through the one-time fee or subscription is tied to the Google Play Store ID used.

5. Possible Changes and Termination of Contract

The provider reserves the right to change the app at any time in a way that is reasonable for the user, e.g. to further develop and improve its quality. Please pay attention to the release notes of a new version. If you wish to continue using an older version of the app, the functionality of the app may be limited. We therefore recommend that you use the latest version of the app. In addition, we reserve the right to discontinue the App Photo Finish temporarily or permanently, even without informing the users individually. If the services of our App are discontinued from our site, your right to use the App will expire at the moment of discontinuation of the services; in this case,we will provide information on the homepage www.photofinish-app.com for a period of six months.

6. Validity of the regulations

If any of the provisions hereof is declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
